Anderson Lodge is a quality day and/or overnight retreat site offering a unique meeting site in a natural forest setting. What makes us special is our homey atmosphere, on site recreation, flexible meeting areas, personal service and our one-group-at-a-time policy. Of course, the natural beauty surrounding the lodge is the number one attraction. Get away from it all at Anderson Lodge!
We rent on a reservation basis only. Anderson Lodge is a location for private, invitation only events. We have seasonal rates as well as special rates mid-week . Contact our home office to make reservations. Visitations are arranged by appointment only.

- Game room with pool table (Hilltop only) and ping pong tables at both facilities

PLEASE NOTE:
Anderson Lodge provides 1 cart of firewood for the campfire area. There is a seasonal burn ban from July 15-Sept 30. During this time no firewood is permitted.
Lodging
Both the Hilltop House and the Main Lodge have wonderful sleeping areas. You aren’t roughing it at all! Guest rooms range from 2 beds to 10 beds. Some have single beds, some have double beds. You can download FLOOR PLANS for the Main Lodge and for the Hilltop House. This can be very helpful with making room assignments.

AND ALL SERVICES ARE TAXED AT 7.8%.

• The Main Lodge has the largest sleeping capacity. (A total of 43 twins, 12 doubles)
• The Dalarna Cabin is a quaint little cottage on the Main Lodge on site. This cabin is a part of the Main Lodge rental. Here you will find a Kitchen, bathroom, dining nook, porch, nestled in the trees. This quaint cabin also has a cozy seating area in a gazebo, so charming!
At the Main Lodge you will find private rooms, family rooms, dorm-style rooms and cabins. There are a total of 43 twin beds and 12 double beds on the whole site.
• The Hilltop House has beds for 42 people with a total of 15 double beds and 12 twin beds on the property.
• Three cabins are also on the Hilltop House site. These cabins provide extra sleeping and bathroom space. Each cabin has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. These chalet-style cabins are so perfect with a view that is amazing! (maximum 4 people)
Bathroom, kitchen, conference room and dining areas are well suited to large gatherings. Accommodating large groups is done with ease with our spacious rooms and amenities.
Meals
KITCHEN FEES– You may choose to self-cater, use our preferred caterer or bring in an outside caterer.
Kitchen Fees have a 9.8% tax rate
- SELF CATERING: We charge a $50/day kitchen fee. If you self-cater this is the only fee you pay.
- PREFERRED CATERING: If you use our preferred caterer,
$50 Kitchen Fee WAIVED for any day/s a preferred caterer provides meals.
$50 Kitchen Fee WILL APPLY to any day/s without a preferred caterer. - OUTSIDE CATERING: If you choose to have an outside caterer the $50/day kitchen fee applies and there is a $90 outside caterer kitchen fee. If you pick up prepared food from a caterer or restaurant to bring to the Lodge, this is considered Outside Catering.
Activities
Both facilities have ping-pong , pianos and TV’s with DVD players. The Main Lodge has 2 saunas that are for group use. We have wireless internet at both the Main Lodge and the Hilltop House. Of course, there are tennis courts, volleyball and basketball areas, horseshoes, and miles of hiking trails. The Outdoor Beverage Bars are popular at both facilities. Who needs more!
Meeting Options
Many times retreats require both large and small group meeting areas. You will find our conference rooms and our pavilions ideal for large group presentations. Conference rooms are fully carpeted, equipped with conference tables and plenty of space. Our large pavilions have laminate flooring and are surrounded by the lush forest setting. There are many options for break out sessions for smaller groups. We offer wireless internet for your use. We only rent to one group at a time so you are not competing with any other group for a particular room. Of course, all our facilities have pianos and guitars to further enrich your experience. We hope guests feel at ease and free from the interruptions of the workplace.
There’s nothing like the togetherness of a retreat to fill your organization with commitment and help them become closer as a group.
Pricing
Pricing for our business retreats are charged as adult retreats. There is a 2:00 check in for one day retreats and 4:00 check in for 2 or more, day retreats. However, many of our business groups want a full day starting early in the morning. Our flexible pricing allows for early arrivals and late departures in mid season and Winter season. We offer day use, day use with overnight, 2 full days with an overnight, etc. We aim to please and will accommodate your needs as much as possible. Call the Lodge office if you wish to add day use to our overnight packages.
Lewis River Golf Course is 10 miles from the lodge and many groups incorporate this into their retreat schedule. There are also wineries in the area that make a nice day trip. And don’t forget the hikes on Mt. St. Helens, the Ape Caves or a visit to the waterfalls in the area. No matter what the season, the natural setting and homey atmosphere at Anderson Lodge will enhance any retreat!

STAFF CLEANING: $325 for our staff to complete the cleaning at the end of your stay
Anderson Lodge has a No Pet Policy. Registered service animals are welcome. Notify Lodge office if you have a service animal at your retreat.
